Terms of service

These terms govern the use of lands.sh, the service that designs, publishes and maintains websites for local businesses, provided by Fersoft Technologies, LLC, a limited liability company organized in Delaware (file number 10321376), with its address at 1111B S Governors Ave STE 39885, Dover, DE 19904, United States.

The service

We prepare a website for your business with your information and publish it at a lands.sh address (or on your own domain, if you have one). The service includes hosting, the security certificate, technical maintenance and reasonable changes to text and images that you ask us for.

Price and payment

The subscription is monthly and paid in advance by card through Stripe. The price is the one shown in your proposal when you sign up, plus any applicable taxes. You can download your invoices and change your card from your management link.

No long-term commitment

You can cancel anytime from your management link. Your website stays published until the end of the period you have already paid for. If a payment fails, the website stays up for a few days while you sort it out; if it isn't resolved, it is deactivated until the account is brought up to date.

Your content

You are responsible for making sure the information on your website is accurate and that you have the right to use the text and images you send us. You authorize us to publish them on your website for as long as the service lasts. We may remove content that is unlawful or infringes the rights of others. Stock photos come from image libraries with free licenses, and the reviews shown are public on Google, which is credited as the source.

Your own domain

If you use your own domain, registering and renewing it is your responsibility; we'll help you connect it.

Our sellers

The people who introduce you to lands.sh are independent contractors. They cannot agree to terms other than those in your proposal and in these terms.

Liability

We work to keep your website available at all times, but there may be interruptions due to maintenance or causes beyond our control. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid in the twelve months before the event that gives rise to it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware (United States). If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence. Before making a claim, write to us at hola@lands.sh so we can try to resolve it.
